A message to Future Bounce Basketball

Dear Future Bounce Basketball,

It all started when five strangers were brought together by one common passion, a love for basketball. Growing up, we bonded as teammates, competitors, and coaches. Now we are paying it forward as the Founders of Future Bounce Basketball. Future Bounce Basketball is Vancouver’s first female run and female focused subsidized basketball program - founded and coached by the women of today to empower the women of tomorrow. Our goal is to breakdown barriers and give everyone the chance to play basketball, build connections, and enhance their skills. We know that basketball is about more than just what happens on the court. It’s about developing teamwork, leadership, confidence and life skills. We see young girls brimming with potential and we believe that these kids should have equal opportunities to benefit from sports, regardless of their gender or wealth.
